Aquarium Exhibitions
Aquariums from 10 liters to 1 million liters!
Our company, as a builder of zoo aquariums and terrariums, has been engaged in the design and construction of custom tanks for over three decades, including the procurement and acclimatization of the fish to be introduced, and, if required, periodic maintenance or long-term operation.
Creating an aquarium exhibit is a complex process, whether it’s for the wildlife of tropical or temperate rivers and lakes, the marine habitat for sharks and rays, or the world of coral reefs. During the construction process, we must consider various guidelines, including the harmonization of physiological, ethological, ecological, and aesthetic aspects to create an exciting and educational, sustainable underwater experience that provides favorable living conditions for the introduced species while offering visitors an extraordinary experience.
Following aquarium-construction, we place multi-ton safety glass walls and acrylic tunnels in position, which, thanks to careful planning, reassuringly hold back the massive body of water. One of the cornerstones of sustainability is well-designed and well-executed water engineering, relying on the reliable operation of complex, interconnected filtration equipment.
The often kilometers of piping that go into the pools are essential for achieving the right flow patterns and ensuring a consistent oxygen supply, hidden from curious eyes by the decorations in the next construction phase. One of the most time-consuming and visitor-critical aspects of the process is a lifelike, naturally constructed landscape that reflects the illusion of a perfect underwater world. Over the years, we have built thousands of square meters of waterfront and underwater dioramas, successfully presenting authentic replicas of hidden parts of the World to visitors.
Achieving the perfect visual and atmospheric fine-tuning is accomplished through well-directed, high-performance, energy-efficient LED light sources, which require careful handling and professional experience, especially when installed at depths of 6-7 meters.
Today’s infocommunication tools cannot be absent from the visitor’s route through a meaningful exhibition. Numerous interactive information and educational elements subtly assist in shaping an environmentally conscious mindset. We hope that, in addition to enjoying a meaningful leisure experience, the millions of visitors who come to our exhibitions each year will embrace our principles, which focus on sustainability and the protection of aquatic ecosystems.
For three decades, we’ve been at the forefront of creating captivating zoo exhibits and innovative zoo designs, setting the stage for extraordinary animal encounters.
